Location Data (Fine and Coarse): We collect precise and approximate location data. Why we need it: This is critical for our "Visit Verification" feature, allowing Sales Officers to update and verify customer GPS coordinates in the field.
Camera Access: We request camera access to allow you to take photos for profile updates, document scanning, or capturing products/locations.
Microphone/Audio Recording: We request microphone access to enable specific app functionalities (e.g., voice notes or audio verification).
Device Information & Notifications: We collect your Device ID (FCM token) and Device Type (e.g., Android/iOS) to ensure secure authentication, session management, and to send you push notifications regarding your orders and account updates.

Upon receiving a deletion request, we will permanently remove all your personal data, including order history and profile details, from our servers within 30 days.
